Considered the unsurpassed authority on cybersecurity, Daniel previously served as Chief Information Officer at FDIC/Resolution Trust Corporation and Senior Systems Engineer at IBM. Along the way, Daniel has contributed her valuable time and resources to numerous community organizations.

Diane Brooks Dixon currently serves as a member of the Newport Beach City Council. As Managing Director for J.P. Morgan’s business in Orange County, San Diego and Inland Empire, Ethan Morgan oversees day-to-day operations in addition to developing and managing the firm’s private banking business throughout southern California. In addition to his professional responsibilities, the 23-year private banking veteran has also been active in his community, serving on the governing boards for Segerstrom Center for the Arts and Casa Teresa as well as the Bishop’s Cabinet for Christ Cathedral.

In his role as a Partner with Snell & Wilmer’s Corporate and Securities Group, Jim Scheinkman focuses on assisting mid-market companies in mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, corporate governance, shareholder dispute resolution, along with many other key roles. Jim has been active with Orange County United Way for more than a decade, serving on the organization’s Campaign Cabinet and the Tocqueville Society.

An industry veteran with nearly 25 years of experience, David has also volunteered his time over the years in the arts, higher education and in his church.

“The foresight, oversight and insight these new board members all bring to the table will ensure that we remain hyper-focused on uniting Orange County and targeting its collective resources on improving lives,” concluded Parks.
