OUR STRATEGIC PLAN

The Roadmap to a Stronger Community

In 2014, Orange County United Way launched FACE 2024, a 10-year collaborative, community-wide action plan to create a positive future for the next generation.

Our plan focuses on long-term solutions to the most critical challenges facing Orange County. To create a stronger community, everyone must have access to a quality education, a sustainable income, better health and stable housing – the building blocks for a good quality of life.

Face 2024 2.0 goals

With two of the four original FACE 2024 goals accomplished, our focus has shifted to pursuing even more ambitious objectives through our FACE 2024 2.0 updated strategy, aiming to enhance the well-being of our local community.

Increase the high school graduation rate to 95% among students from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds.
