Orange County United Way brings together an incredible group of change agents—people from great companies who are truly invested in our work to create a stronger, healthier community.
Gaining Hands-on Volunteer and Leadership Experience
We look for strong champions who volunteer their considerable talent and time and, in exchange, benefit from gaining professional development and hands-on leadership experience with our corporate and community partners.
The unique learning experiences we offer have numerous benefits. The work you do will have a direct impact in the lives of struggling families here in Orange County.
Employee Campaign Managers
Your leadership role as an Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) will touch the lives of hundreds of thousands who live in our community. Employee Campaign Managers educate fellow employees about United Way, gain hands-on leadership experience and inform fellow employees about the positive impact that United Way’s work is making in the community.
Loaned Executive Program
Corporate partners lend their best and brightest as loaned executives to Orange County United Way, who give their expertise and energy to assist us in our Workplace Campaign efforts. To see the program in action, watch the video.
