IRVINE, CA (March 26, 2015) – Orange County United Way today announced its lineup of local vendors offering healthy food options during the April 19 Walk United event at Angel Stadium.

“We’re pleased to offer Walk United participants some of Orange County’s best food trucks dishing up delicious and healthy breakfast items to enjoy following their walk around Angel Stadium,” announced Brie Griset Smith, Orange County United Way’s Vice President, Development.
The annual 5K fundraiser benefiting local children and families has become a “can’t miss” event for thousands of Orange County residents of all ages. The event offers participants the opportunity to walk around and onto the field at Angel Stadium of Anaheim while learning about ways they can help make a difference in the lives of others in their community.
Along with the Walk and incredible food options, the event features music and performances on multiple stages, a free Kids’ Zone and an inspiring community village.
Most importantly, Walk United 2015 supports Orange County United Way’s mission to build a stronger Orange County by focusing on advancing the Building Blocks for a good quality of life: Education, Income, Health and Housing.
