A Corporate Social Responsibility Celebration

Our Rally for Change event is a blend of both recognition and celebration of the past year’s achievements, where we present awards to companies and individuals who make outstanding contributions to improve lives in our community.

Join us as we honor the power and impact of the many change agents in our community. Together, we are working to ensure local students succeed, OC families gain financial security, our unhoused neighbors find a place to call home, and everyone gets connected to the assistance they need.

The turnout at our 2024 Rally for Change event was a true testament to what it means to care for our community. The passion and generosity in the room was a genuine reflection of the power of unity and the incredible difference we can make when we work together. The inspirational words from our keynote speaker, Stephen G. Oswald, left us excited to continue forging a future where corporations and nonprofits work hand-in-hand, leveraging our collective strengths to tackle the most pressing challenges facing our society. The energy was magnetic this Rally for Change! From the Magnolia High School Cheerleaders kicking off the celebration to our student panel sharing their inspiring experiences, and honoring outstanding corporate and community leaders, our 2026 Rally for Change was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people come together for a common purpose.

Every award presented, every story shared, and every partnership recognized reflected something bigger than individual achievements. Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected, and more resilient Orange County.
